Collaboration Process

Step 1: Initial Collaboration Discussion

• Finalize the collaboration plan, confirm fees, and gather necessary information.

Step 2: Campaign Preparation

• Confirm receipt of payment.

• Collect product information: The business partner completes the information form.

• Finalize campaign details before the campaign goes live.

• Prepare promotional materials: The business partner should create promotional posters and copy in advance for review and coordination by BountyBay (BBY).

Step 3: After the Campaign Launch

• BBY provides the direct link to the campaign.

• Support ongoing post-launch promotion.

Step 4: After the Campaign Ends

• Distribute rewards: BBY and/or the business partner distribute rewards and notify the community.

• Data synchronization: BBY and the business partner synchronize campaign data.

Requirement to Get Started

1. Fill out the information collection form provided by BBY.

2. Product image: 1:1 ratio, 1080*1080px.

3. Promotional poster and copy (if applicable): BBY will provide design guidelines, references, and materials, and will review the content.

Campaign Details

1. How many tasks can be set up?

a. Friend Boost:

• The platform allows a total of 4 tasks to be set up, including 1 Telegram community task and 3 other tasks (such as Telegram channel, Twitter, website, Discord, bot, etc.).

b. Earn Task:

• Paid Collaboration: Only one task can be set up.

• Traffic Exchange Collaboration: The number of tasks can be exchanged based on the needs of both parties.

2. Can the task order be adjusted?

If the task involves joining the community, it must be completed first. The order of other tasks, however, can be adjusted.

3. Does the task order significantly impact the results?

Currently, data shows minimal differences in results based on task order. The impact appears to be negligible.

4. What if I want to change the campaign requirements?

You can reach out to us to discuss any changes. However, we request that all product details and information be finalized before the campaign starts. We will provide you with a preview of the campaign's effects prior to it going live.

5. What counts as task completion?

• Friend Boost:

  • Strong Verification: For tasks involving the Telegram community, strong verification is required for group joining, including wallet verification.

  • Non-Strong Verification: Other tasks, such as those on Telegram channels, Twitter, websites, Discord, and bots, do not require strong verification.

• Earn Task:

  • No strong verification is needed for any tasks; a click is sufficient for task completion.

6. How do I interpret the data I see on the campaign page?

The data on the campaign page reflects the number of users who have started the Friend Boost campaign, not the number of completions.

• Participants: This shows the number of people who have initiated the task, not the number of completions.

• Joined Group: If users were already members of the group chat before the campaign began, their participation will still be counted in the data.

• Joined Other Task: This indicates the number of clicks on other tasks.

7. Can campaigns be scheduled for launch?

Due to the need for approximately 1-2 hours for product updates, campaigns cannot be scheduled for a specific launch time. The Friend Boost campaign can be launched as close to the agreed-upon time as possible, but the exact time is still uncertain.
