Wallet Balance Requirements

Ensure your TON Space wallet has TON-based USDT, TON as gas Fee or sufficient Telegram Stars to complete transaction

Unsuccessfully Transaction

If the payment fails

Try relinking your wallet and then retry the transaction. [Refer to Section 1, Step 1]

If Payment is Completed But No Response:

  • If your payment has been successfully processed, but you don't see a confirmation, the TradeOS will automatically handle the contract delivery.

  • You might still be on the wallet's MiniApp screen. Please return to the TradeOS MiniApp to check the status [Link: https://t.me/bountybay_bot]

Regional Restrictions

If you experience regional restrictions while using Telegram Wallet or topping up your USDT balance, try switching to a different VPN node or server.

GAS FEE

If you don't have enough TON to cover the gas fee during the transaction, the wallet app might not display an error message. To check if your deposit went through, please review your transaction history in Ton Space.

Remember that transferring TON or other tokens from your Telegram Wallet to Ton Space requires a gas fee. Before you start the transfer, make sure your Telegram Wallet has enough TON to pay for this fee, in addition to the amount you want to transfer.

Tokens Transferred to In-App Wallet

If you receive a notification that your traded tokens have been transferred to your in-app wallet, you will need to withdraw them from there. Please navigate to your in-app wallet to initiate the withdrawal.
